Making sure you are happy with your order is part of our sangha service. In the event that you need to return unused or unopened items you can begin the process by emailing us at: service@sanghashop.com

• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• A full credit, minus shipping costs, will be issued.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
• We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
• Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
